“El fiasco de la Bienal de Arte de Sevilla acaba en condena” (The fiasco of the Art Biennial of Seville ends up with a sentence)

This article reports on the legal judgement of the false accounting and “financial fiasco” of the International Biennial of Contemporary Art of Seville (BIACS), and of those responsible, including the trustees, thus vindicating the critiques by the Plataforma de Reflexión sobre Políticas Culturales (Platform of Reflection on Cultural Policies, PRPC).
