Javier Tusell's letter to Marcelino Oreja

Marcelino Oreja, minister of Foreign Affairs, writes to Javier Tusell, director-general of Artistic Heritage, Archives and Museums from Spain's Ministry of Culture, to advise against the creation of a committee of experts, which he feels does not fall under the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
