In this interview with El Cultural, Okwui Enwezor, curator of the second International Biennial of Contemporary Art of Seville (BIACS 2, October 26, 2006 – January 15, 2007), articulates his BIACS 2 agenda. Significantly, in the El País article he declares that he does not understand criticism of the Biennial by the Plataforma de Reflexión sobre Políticas Culturales (Platform of Reflection on Cultural Policies, PRPC).
