A study on the state of conservation of Picasso's Guernica

A publication which compiles the results of a comprehensive study of Guernica's state of conservation, carried out by the Museo Reina Sofía's Restoration Department. The study encompasses technical, scientific and historical aspects related to the present condition of the work, and includes a historical introduction, an analysis of interventions on the work, the condition of the support, stretcher and pictorial layers, as well as a broad photographic appendage.
